INTRODUCTION:
We offer a wide variety of tempura dishes including rice bowls, rice bowls with egg, hitsumabushi, set meals, full-course dinners, and a la carte.
Among these dishes, we highly recommend you try the “tempura hitsumabushi.” You can enjoy deep-fried jumbo shrimp or big pieces of sea eel in three ways.
1. With salt or a sauce.
2. With a bowl of rice.
3. With a bowl of rice in a broth.

Our secret batter recipe makes our tempura very special. It is crispy but melts in your mouth. You will love the texture that you can’t get anywhere else.
“Deep-frying” is a simple way to cook food. That is why we put our heart and soul into every step of making the tempura.
